The South Carolina Air National Guard's 169th Fighter Wing have deployed to Osan Airbase in South Korea as part of the US Pacific Command's Theater Security Package.

12 Lockheed F-16s of the 157th Fighter Squadron (deployed as the 157th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron) based at McEntire ANGB in the Palmetto State have arrived in South Korea along with over 300 airmen.
