First RAF T-6C Texan Takes Takes To The Air

The first Beechcraft T-6C for the Royal Air Force has made its first flight from the Beechcraft factory in Wichita, Kansas and images have been released by Affinity Flying Training Services.

The aircraft took to the air for the first time on May 28, 2017 wearing US test registration N2824B and the tail code 323. In service the aircraft will wear the serial ZM323 (c/n PM-110).

Affinity will operate ten T-6Cs for the RAF under the Ministry of Defence's Military Flying Training System (UKMFTS) program.
