F-16C 89-2028 belonging to the Oklahoma Air National Guard's 138th Fighter Wing crashed on takeoff from Ellington Field in Houston, Texas on June 21, 2017. The aircraft was at Ellington on detachment.
The pilot safely ejected and was treated for minor injuries.
