Dyess B-1Bs Deploy to Guam

The 7th Bomb Wing from Dyess Air Force Base in Texas has deployed twelve B-1B Lancers to Andersen Air Force Base in Guam.

The aircraft are taking over the US Pacific Command's "Continuous Bomber Presence" mission from the B-1Bs deployed from Ellsworth Air Force Base which arrived in 2016.

The B-1s will fly under the control of the 9th Expeditionary Bomb Squadron whilst in Guam.
