The Norwegian Air Force has received their first sonar equipped NH90-NFH. The helicopter is the sixth to be delivered to the Norwegian Armed Forces and is serial number 1216 (c/n 1216/NNWN10 - test registration CSX81751).

The aircraft departed Tessera on the 4th of February enroute to Bardufoss. It is part of an overall order for fourteen NH90s for the Norwegian Defence Material Agency - of which eight will operate for the Norwegian Coast Guard and six will be configured for anti-submarine warfare.
