Video footage has been released of two Russian Sukhoi Su-24 Fencers "buzzing" the USS Porter (DDG-78) destroyer in the Black Sea sometime in February 2017.
The Porter was in the Black Sea for the Romanian led Exercise Sea Shield 2017.
