The first pictures of two new training aircraft for the Royal Air Force have appeared on the website of the company which won the contract for the fixed wing part of the UK Military Flight Training System (MFTS).

Images of a finished Embraer Phenom 100 wearing serial ZM333 were taken at the Embraer factory in Brazil. Another image shows a Phenom wearing a Brazilian test registration PR-PHK (c/n 375) being readied for it's first flight. In total five Phenoms will be delivered to RAF Cranwell to replace the King Airs currently in use there.

Another image of a Grob G-120TP Prefect in a semi-finished state has also been published. Twenty three Prefects will be delivered.
