On February 10th, 2022 four B-52Hs from the 5th Bomb Wing at Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota arrived at RAF Fairford as part of the Bomber Task Force 22-2 deployment.
The four aircraft flew direct from their home base and along the way flew in formation with Portuguese Air Force F-16s currently deployed to Keflavik in Iceland assigned to NATO’s Icelandic Air Policing mission. At least one B-52 also flew over the RAF's Holbeach Range prior to arrived at Fairford.
The four aircraft to deploy were:-

61-0018 "Hate12"
60-0044 "Hate13"
61-0039 "Hate14"
